Dispute Resolution

All disputes or claims related to your use of AirlinesManage services or this website—including alleged breaches—shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration managed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You may only bypass arbitration if filing an individual claim in small-claims court.

Class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions are strictly prohibited under any circumstances. By using our services, you voluntarily waive your right to a jury trial and to join any class action. A neutral arbitrator will preside over the proceedings and may grant the same legal remedies as a court, though arbitration is typically more efficient and streamlined.

Any court action related to enforcement of this arbitration agreement must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction. If arbitration is deemed unenforceable for any reason, legal proceedings must take place in state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, under California law. However, this arbitration clause itself is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

If either party initiates a lawsuit in court, the prevailing party is entitled to reimbursement for all legal expenses, including attorney fees and court costs. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying AirlinesManage in writing within 30 days of your initial acceptance, by emailing us at info@airlinesmanage.com.

Billing Policy

Credit card billing addresses must exactly match your bank records. If purchasing tickets for another party, a three-way verification call may be required between the cardholder, our billing team, and the issuing bank. Tickets are not guaranteed until issued, and your bank may impose daily purchase limits, so please confirm available funds before booking.


Passenger Information Accuracy

Names on airline tickets must exactly match passport details. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable, and even minor name errors may result in denied boarding or ticket forfeiture. Deeply discounted fares are typically non-refundable and non-changeable, so double-check your information before finalizing the purchase.


Mandatory Data Collection

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires us to collect and transmit certain passenger information. Providing this data is mandatory and a prerequisite for ticket issuance. TSA may share it with law enforcement or intelligence agencies as outlined on TSA.gov.


Aircraft Changes & Flight Identification

Though your itinerary may display one flight number, aircraft or flight number changes can occur en route. Some flights may operate under multiple identifiers. Contact us in advance if you need detailed aircraft or routing information.


Travel Documentation Requirements

For international travel, passengers must carry a valid passport. Additional documentation—such as visas or health certifications—may be required depending on the destination or transit countries. It is your responsibility to confirm all travel document requirements, including transit visas and one-way ticket restrictions. AirlinesManage agents do not provide visa guidance. For current regulations, contact the relevant embassy or consult the U.S. State Department and CDC websites.

Fare Rules and Ticket Policies

Cancellations and Refunds

  • No refunds permitted before or after departure.

Ticket Changes

  • Changes are not allowed before or after departure.

If exceptions apply, and your fare allows changes or refunds, a $250 processing fee from AirlinesManage will be applied in addition to any airline penalties. All refunds or exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours before departure. Tickets marked as “no-show” are not eligible for refund/exchange. Any fare difference for exchanges will be collected, and all changes are subject to current fare rules and availability.

Fare values and seat availability are dynamic. Once issued, tickets are governed by airline fare rules which AirlinesManage cannot override.


Baggage Policies

Baggage rules—including fees and allowances—vary by airline and may change without notice. Always check directly with the airline for the most current baggage terms to avoid surprises at the airport.


Responsibility & Liability

AirlinesManage acts solely as an agent for the airlines and travel providers. We are not responsible for:

  1. Service failures by suppliers.
  2. Legal violations or negligence by third parties.
  3. Any losses, delays, or damages outside our control.

We recommend paying by credit card for added consumer protection and suggest purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events. AirlinesManage does not sell or administer travel insurance.


Credit Card Chargeback Policy

If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel bookings tied to disputed transactions.
  • Dispute improper chargebacks, including those stemming from:
    • Non-refundable bookings.
    • Charges authorized by other parties.
    • Supplier performance issues.
    • Force majeure events.
    • Services already used.

We may use your account data and customer service call recordings to contest chargebacks. By using our services, you authorize AirlinesManage to recover unjustified chargeback amounts and associated bank fees from your credit card or customer account.


COVID-19 Acknowledgment and Waiver

By booking travel through AirlinesManage, you acknowledge the risks related to COVID-19. We are not liable for health-related incidents, government-imposed travel restrictions, or changes in supplier policies. For up-to-date information, consult:
